Meet the team!

Mandy Ashcraft is a Doctor of Psychology student at Capella University with a focus on Clinical Psychology. She has a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Applied Research. She is a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology, American Psychological Association, National Society of Leadership and Success, and the Human Rights Campaign. Ashcraft graduated in 2009 with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Del Mar College. She worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for 10 years, and earned the Proctor & Gamble Preventive Dentistry Award. She was a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society and the American Dental Hygienists’ Association before pursuing psychology with Capella University to complete her Bachelor of Science, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2020.

Sean Tooley is a Doctor of Nursing Practice student at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX, with a focus on Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. He holds two national certifications. He is also a member of the Emergency Nurses Association and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. Tooley graduated in 2009 with an Associate of Applied Science as a Registered Nurse from Del Mar College. He then completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he graduated with honors, and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Tooley began his doctoral research in 2020 with TCU.
